Cinque Henderson is an American journalist and screenwriter. He was a Staff Writer for the NBC drama Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip and wrote for two episodes of the series. Studio 60 creator Aaron Sorkin also hired him for his next series The Newsroom.

He joined the crew of Studio 60 for when the series was picked up for a full season in 2006. He co-wrote the story for the episode with fellow Staff Writer David Handelman. The teleplay for the episode was written by Studio 60 creator Aaron Sorkin. He co-wrote the story for the episode with fellow Staff Writer Christina Kiang Booth. The teleplay for the episode was again written by Sorkin. Sorkin also hired him as a Staff Writer for his next series The Newsroom. He has also worked on E-Ring.
