On this page, it says: "This page has been edited in Mozilla Firefox and the layout of the page is messed up in Internet Explorer."
I find the layout is messed up in Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.5. The extent of this depends on the font size (try <ctrl>+ and <ctrl>-)
It doesn't look too bad in IE 7.0.5730.
